Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control functions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive accounting experience, and a proven background working within an industrial or manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to support operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes
  • Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
  • Coordinate external audits and tax filings
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, labor reporting, and operational variances
  • Partner with operations leadership to improve profitability and production efficiencies
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff
  • Support ERP system management and process improvement initiatives
