Finance Manager

Remote - US / Reno, NVFinance – Finance /Full-Time /RemoteWhat You Will Work OnServe as a strategic business partner across our three entities, providing financialinsights to drive cross-departmental integration, operational alignment, andconsistent reporting.Partner with company leadership to provide actionable insights on pricingstrategy, customer health, and key performance metrics.Support the technology department by tracking project lifecycles anddetermining capitalization eligibility.Partner with the Accounting team to assist with month-end close responsibilitiesand ensure the integrity of financial data.Champion innovation by integrating AI and automation tools to enhancedepartmental performance and scale financial workflows.Manage financial planning, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, andfinancial consolidation across the organization.Provide robust decision support through ROI modeling, budget-to-actual reviews,and cost-reduction initiatives to improve business unit health.Who We Are Looking For8+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A with a solid understanding of GAAP,financial statements, and advanced modeling concepts.Proficiency in NetSuite is strongly preferred; expert proficiency in Excel andGoogle Business Apps.A forward-thinking mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI andautomation to improve financial operations.Strong critical thinking, communication, and influence skills to drive collaborationand influence across all levels of management.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CFA, or Master’s degree ishighly preferred.Experience in technology, software, or real estate industries is highly preferred.What You Can ExpectCompensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $164,500 annually,depending on your location, experience, and qualifications.
