Machine Adjuster

Ad‑Vance Talent Solutions is currently hiring a Machine Adjuster in Jacksonville, FL. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, adjusting, troubleshooting, and maintaining envelope converting machines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Machine Adjuster Location: Jacksonville, FL Shift: 2nd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Responsibilities Set up, adjust, and operate envelope converting equipment Monitor machine performance for quality, speed, and output standards Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and preventative maintenance tasks Complete job changeovers and size adjustments efficiently Identify and correct mechanical or quality issues Maintain proper use of ink, gum, glue, and related materials Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures Clean and maintain machines and work area Communicate issues and shift updates to supervisors and team members Support and train operators and less experienced staff as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum 12 months mechanical experience required Envelope manufacturing experience preferred Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to read measurements and perform basic math Able to work independently and in a team environment Must pass drug screen and background check Must communicate effectively in English Physical Requirements Stand/walk for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs Perform detailed visual inspections and color recognition Work in a loud manufacturing environment (hearing protection provided) Apply today with Ad‑Vance Talent Solutions to join our manufacturing team in Jacksonville, FL! #J-18808-Ljbffr
