Maintain accurate client records and itineraries. Follow up with clients to confirm travel details and ensure satisfaction. Resolve issues professionally and in a timely manner. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
