Project IntegratorWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Integrator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across cross-functional teams. This role will help ensure project activities remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate project activities across internal teams and stakeholdersTrack project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action itemsPrepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updatesSupport project planning, risk tracking, and issue resolutionFacilitate meetings, capture notes, and follow up on outstanding tasksEnsure project deliverables are aligned with requirements and deadlinesMonitor project progress and escalate concerns when neededAssist with process improvement initiatives to enhance project executionServe as a liaison between leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholdersSupport resource planning and overall project coordination efforts
