Title: Supply Chain / Logistics Analyst
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid 3/2)

Rate: $30 - $35 hr W2

Supply Chain / Sourcing Analyst

• The Sr. Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for supporting complex global supply chain initiatives through analytics, process support, and execution across multiple brands.
• This role partners with Global Supply Chain and Category Leads to define problems, conduct analysis, and develop fact-based recommendations that support decisions and implementation.
• In addition to core analytical responsibilities, the role owns and executes small to medium AI and automation initiatives focused on improving sourcing & supply chain processes, data handling, and reporting efficiency. This includes applying AI-enabled tools and automation techniques to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and accelerate analysis.
• The role operates with supervision but must have excellent self-governing skills and serve as a key analytical and execution partner. It focuses on practical application of tools and continuous process improvement within established frameworks.

AI & Automation Enablement

• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation tools to sourcing, supply chain, and analytical processes
• Design and implement small to medium automation solutions to reduce manual effort
• Automate repeatable activities such as data preparation, reporting, bid analysis, intake processes, workflows
• Use AI-enabled tools to support data analysis, summarization, and workflow efficiency
• Develop reusable templates, scripts, and workflows to standardize outputs
• Support pilot use cases for new tools and scale proven solutions within the team
• Partner with internal stakeholders to embed automation into existing tools and processes

Support Sourcing Initiatives

• Support the sourcing lifecycle including analysis, RFP development, bid evaluation, and implementation
• Act as an analytical partner to Category Leads across spend categories
• Assist with managing sourcing events within eSourcing tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Help promote structured approaches, templates, and tools to improve sourcing efficiency.

Process Improvement & Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual effort across sourcing, supply chain, and analytical workflows
• Implement practical automation solutions to streamline repeatable tasks and reduce manual intervention
• Develop and maintain standardized templates, workflows, and operating procedures to support scalable execution
• Leverage system capabilities, including automation and AI-enabled features, to simplify and improve day-to-day processes
• Support adoption of improved processes and tools by partnering with stakeholders and providing guidance on usage
• Continuously evaluate and refine workflows based on feedback, performance, and evolving business needs

Scope:

• Global role supporting sourcing & supply chain initiatives across multiple brands
• Focused on analytics, support, and process improvement
• Contributes to improved efficiency and consistency through use of tools and automation
• Works within established processes, systems, and governance frameworks
• Experience supporting sourcing, supply chain, finance, or analytical initiatives
• Strong experience working with data, analysis, and reporting
• Experience owning workstreams end-to-end with limited supervision
• Experience using tools and systems to improve efficiency and outputs, including AI & Automation tools
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling, Python a plus
• Data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.)
• Basic SQL or data querying preferred
• Experience with automation tools (macros, scripting, or workflow tools)
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for analysis, reporting, or workflow improvement
• Ability to identify and implement small-scale automation solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
