YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A CUSTOMER CARE AGENT - CALL CENTER REP

With a Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM , you are the lifeline between our business and our customers. You play a vital role in providing excellent customer service by promptly answering phone calls, assisting customers who visit the office, booking appointments, and educating customers about necessary services. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service and keeping the business running smoothly is evident in all your efforts.
