Attorney Position

Seeking a skilled Attorney to join their litigation team. The firm is known for its legal excellence, professional integrity, and commitment to client service, and fosters a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment.

The Attorney will handle a broad range of civil litigation matters, providing legal advice, conducting research, managing cases from inception through trial and appeal, and participating in depositions, mediations, and negotiations. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across diverse cases while working alongside experienced attorneys and Board Certified specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in various litigated matters
  • Provide legal advice and conduct legal research
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Handle matters from case inception through appeal
  • Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials
  • Negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve successful outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing
  • Dual licensure in Georgia, or ability to waive in via reciprocity, preferred
  • Strong understanding and practical application of civil procedure rules
  • Primary case handling experience in litigation
  • Proficiency in legal research and providing legal advice
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities
