Job Title: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst (Contract) Location: Remote (East Coast Preferred) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may require occasional weekend or alternate day coverage) Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented RPA Analyst to support the monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of automated business processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of RPA workflows while providing timely support and continuous improvement recommendations. Key Responsibilities Monitor RPA bots and workflows to ensure performance, availability, and reliability Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to RPA processes Provide timely support for incidents and service requests involving automation workflows Collaborate with RPA developers to enhance and optimize existing automations Maintain comprehensive documentation including monitoring procedures, incident reports, and knowledge base articles Generate and analyze performance reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities Provide end-user support and gather feedback on automated processes Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across RPA operations Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Hands‑on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or Blue Prism Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Experience with incident management and support processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
