We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in Chicago. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the chance to work on exciting commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in estimating for a General Contractor and play a key role in driving project success. Description Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate bids. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency. Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing and industry trends. Profile 8+ years of commercial estimating experience at a General Contractor. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing. Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
