Your team trusts you - and you trust them. What You Bring to the Team 5-10+ years of leadership experience where you've led teams and delivered results. Experience managing a store or large department - retail preferred but not required. You've grown from the inside - promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus. Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments. Your impact shows up in results everyone can see - and you've got the toolbox to make it happen. Minimum Qualifications High School Graduate or equivalent Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task Creative thinking Ability to maintain composure under pressure Essential Job Functions Frequently operate computer and printer, and occasionally operate cash register Occasionally ascend/descend ladders in order to retrieve and put away stock Frequently position self to kneel, bend twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face-to-face in the store, as well as with managers and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
