POSITIONS & WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGFront of House (FOH) Team Member

Guest Experience: Deliver fast, friendly, and fun service with high energy and positivity.
POS & Cashier: Take guest orders accurately on the POS system, handle payments, and answer menu questions with ease.
Dining Room Readiness: Maintain a clean, vibrant dining area and counter space to create a great first impression.

Back of House (BOH): Cook, Fry, Prep & Dishwasher

Quality & Consistency: Prepare, cook, and fry our signature hot chicken to exact recipe and temperature standards.
Food Prep: Slice and season fresh ingredients, perform batch prep, and safely operate kitchen equipment.
Sanitation & Safety: Maintain strict food safety standards, manage dish stations, and keep kitchen lines spotless.

Shift Leaders (18+)

Operational Leadership: Lead by example—setting the pace, energy, and high operational standards for every shift.
Shift Management: Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, drawer counts, and food safety compliance.
Coaching & Mentorship: Motivate, coach, and support team members while ensuring seamless guest service.
Guest Relations: Address guest feedback with confidence and care while supporting management sales goals.
Live the Dave’s Spirit: Bring energy, hustle, and the YOLO spirit to every shift!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Age Requirements:
- 16+ to apply for Crew / Team Member roles (FOH/BOH).
- 18+ required for Shift Leader roles and late-night closing shifts.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night closing shifts (yep, sometimes until 2:00–3:00 AM!).
Key Attributes: High energy, a positive attitude (non-negotiable!), strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability: Dependable transportation and a active mobile phone to stay connected with the team.
Experience: No experience required for Crew!
