Be able to work in a very Face Paced, sometimes noisy Environment Answer customer phone calls from a multi line phone system and assist customers with what needs they are coming to our business for. Professionally directing them to the right place. Communicate directly with otheremployees and Management as deemed necessary Execute problem solving skills as needed Strong Knowledge of multi line phone system / numerical &alphabeticalfiling and data entry Privacy laws required to be followed. Qualifications Multi line phone system Experience High school diploma or equivalent, Previous Reception Experience is required Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate computers and technology Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve Enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Need to be dependable &punctual Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively Ability to learn new computer programs Able to lift 10-15 lbs as needed Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
