ABOUT OUR AGENCY: We've been proudly serving our community for 5 years with a close-knit team of 5. Our office runs on collaboration, support, and a shared commitment to helping customers protect what matters most.

We believe in taking care of our team just as well as we take care of our clients. Our breakroom is always stocked with snacks, and all job supplies are provided so you can focus on your work-not expenses.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ladd Hidalgo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

  • Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
  • I am a proud graduate of UL Lafayette.
  • We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
