About the Role

Join a construction technology and financial operations team as a customer-facing technical partner, supporting prospects and customers from product discovery through implementation. You will lead demos, manage onboarding projects, and work closely with sales, product, and engineering to help customers get value from a complex B2B SaaS platform.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery conversations and product demos, answer technical questions, and assess customer needs and implementation fit.
• Own customer onboarding from sales handoff through implementation, including product configuration, training, and ongoing communication.
• Manage multiple implementation projects by setting timelines, tracking milestones, and coordinating next steps with customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues methodically and partner with product and engineering when customer needs require further investigation.
• Document implementation practices, FAQs, and customer-facing product guidance.
• Share customer feedback, product requests, risks, and opportunities with the team.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, including customer-facing work in solutions engineering, implementation, integrations, or customer success.
• Experience at a startup or a clear interest in working in an early-stage environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations at once.
• Confident communication skills and a methodical approach to debugging and troubleshooting technical concepts.
• A bachelor's degree and familiarity with B2B SaaS implementations; construction industry or accounting knowledge is useful.
• SQL or JSON proficiency and experience demonstrating software to prospective customers are helpful.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $110,000 to $180,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Remote within the United States, with Sacramento, California as the primary location.
