Core Responsibilities Provide various hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and related services. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend personalized solutions. Learn and apply hair replacement techniques (training provided). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty. Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment. Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer experiences and support overall salon operations. Promote and sell hair care products and services, meeting sales goals and contributing to salon revenue. Qualifications Certified Hair Stylist or Barber with a valid license. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and prioritizing tasks effectively. Willingness to learn and grow in the area of hair replacement. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience ($18-$80.00 per hour) or commission.
