Role Overview
Inova Franconia Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a busy outpatient surgical facility. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule, a diverse case mix, and the opportunity to work within a modern, efficient surgical environment as part of the Inova health system. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $425,000 annually Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40,000 with 2-year commitmentPRN/Extra shifts: $275/hourPaid Time Off: 8 weeks annually [Inova Fran...t 05.04.26 | PDF]Comprehensive benefits package ScheduleStandard daytime schedule (ASC setting) No call, nights, weekends, or holidays.
