Responsibilities Deliver excellent patient care in person and virtually, meeting volume goals. Lead and guide clinic team members to ensure quality services. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient charts. Follow clinical and telehealth protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations. Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic results; prescribe medications and educate patients. Participate in team meetings, training, and onboarding of new staff. Contribute ideas to improve patient experience and care quality. Support compliance with company standards and maintain confidentiality. Engage in community outreach and virtual patient consultations as needed. Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN). 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience, such as urgent care or family practice. Active licensure, DEA, and DOT certification (within 120 days if applicable). Proven telehealth experience and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible shifts and on-call as required.
