Country Sales Manager Location-basedNorth CA, USA Your role The following work will be carried out by Sales Manager on behalf of the ChemScence: Work independently to achieve sales growth target and reach sales goal in your responsible sales region in France. Promote ChemScence brand and products in the responsible sales region in USA. Interact well with customers and maintain good customer relationships, visit customers regularly, develop new customers, being professional and courteous. Reach weekly target number of field visit and leads prospecting. Communicate accurate information regarding products, prices, product availability, and current promotions to customers. Professionally contact customers via phone call, chats and emails regarding orders and technical questions. Customer inquiries follow-up, register ChemScence France entity into customer's procurement system, tender project follow-up. Work as an effective team player to ensure the highest level of efficiency and success for the team. Represent ChemScence as an exhibitor at academic conferences, exhibitions and vendor shows to increase brand awareness and expand market share over local market. Involved in other activities related to ChemScence sales & marketing activities, other relevant tasks allocated by reporting supervisor. Required Skills Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields. Familiarity with the chemical or biopharmaceutical industry and at least 1 years of sales or sales related experience. Willingness to work in sales and ability to handle a certain level of job pressure. Friendly, outgoing, open-minded, and strong sense of responsibility. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a good customer service orientation. Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English Will be PREFERRED.
