Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect / Technical Architect / Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud .
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise Salesforce architecture, integrations, security, data governance, APIs, and Salesforce AI capabilities , including Einstein AI and Agentforce .

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect / Technical Architect / Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud .
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise Salesforce architecture, integrations, security, data governance, APIs, and Salesforce AI capabilities , including Einstein AI and Agentforce .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud .
- Drive adoption of Einstein AI, Agentforce, Generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation .
- Define and establish Salesforce architecture standards, integration patterns, design principles, and best practices .
- Design complex solutions involving custom development, APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations .
- Ensure appropriate data governance, security, compliance, data quality, and access controls .
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture and solution designs .
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to Salesforce developers, administrators, and project teams .
- Review technical designs, integrations, development approaches, and implementations.
- Identify opportunities for automation, modernization, optimization, and platform performance improvements .
- Provide architecture support throughout the complete project lifecycle from requirements through deployment.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, maintainability, integration, and performance .
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend platform enhancements.
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect, Technical Architect, or Solution Architect .
- Salesforce Architect-level certification such as Application Architect, System Architect , or other relevant Salesforce Architect certification.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud .
- Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce architectures and complex solutions .
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, middleware, and third-party systems .
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, governance, compliance, and access controls .
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development concepts, including:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Salesforce architecture standards and integration patterns .
- Experience providing technical leadership to Salesforce development and administration teams .
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce .
- Knowledge of Generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation .
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud .
- Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise middleware platforms .
- Experience with complex REST/SOAP API integrations .
- Strong experience with Salesforce data governance and enterprise security .
- Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations and modernization initiatives .
- Knowledge of emerging Salesforce AI and platform technologies .
