Academic Pediatric Endocrinologist

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic individual to join our Pediatrics subspecialty faculty team.

Position

Academic pediatric endocrinologist in the residency program of Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Educate and mentor resident physicians.
• Participate as an active faculty member in the residency program.
• Deliver patient care under the auspices of Hurley Medical Center and Children’s Hospital.
• Engage in academic activities, including teaching, curriculum development, and faculty meetings.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatrics with subspecialty in endocrinology.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy, willing to work with an urban population.
• Commitment to teaching and academic medicine.

Academic Appointment

Hurley faculty members may apply for an academic appointment with Michigan State University College of Human Medicine at a rank commensurate with experience.

Loan Forgiveness

Loan forgiveness may be possible for those with eligible student debt under the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.

Visa Status
