The ideal candidate will have solid experience operating high reach forklifts, stand up forklifts, or riding electric pallet jacks in a warehouse setting and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Immediate start available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities:Operate high reach forklifts to pull and store materials accurately and safelyOperate riding electric pallet jack for case picking and building pallets of merchandiseOperate Stand up/ dock stocker/ RC to load and unload merchandise from trailers safelyStage materials for orders and shipmentsUse RF Scanner to scan merchandise in warehouse management systemConduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow warehouse safety procedures and guidelines at all timesAssist with general warehouse duties as neededQualifications:Must be able to speak, read, and write EnglishMust have minimum 1 years of hands-on experience operating high reach forklifts, stand up forklifts, or riding electric pallet jacksMust have experience in warehouse or distribution center environmentsAbility to work a 8-hour shifts standing for the entire shiftStrong attention to detail and safetyReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environmentPrevious operator experience with the high reach, stand up, or driving electric pallet jack requiredMidway Staffing is a dynamic and rapidly growing enterprise dedicated to connecting top talent with leading organizations.
