Join a leading company operating across the Mid-Atlantic who are seeking a Project Executive to head up a booming site development division. Our partner aims to take advantage of the datacenter boom across Maryland, Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic a require a key figure in the Senior Leadership team to take our client to the next level. The Company? Our Partner already have a significant share in Virginia's datacenter market by being a go-to self perform contractor for leading Electrical Infrastructure GCs. With over 1000 professionals, they offer multiple avenues for growth whether it's locally or nationally. Brief Job Description Provide operational leadership across a regional self-perform construction portfolio, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, schedule performance, and operational excellence. Support business development, estimating, and preconstruction efforts through constructability reviews, means and methods, production planning, staffing, equipment planning, phasing, and risk assessment. Represent the organization in client meetings, site walks, project planning, and pursuit activities, providing field-based operational expertise. Establish and maintain realistic production standards based on scope, site conditions, crew capabilities, and historical performance. Review project schedules and look-ahead plans to ensure readiness of labor, equipment, materials, permits, subcontractors, and other resources. Develop workforce strategies that support sustainable growth, local staffing, succession planning, and organizational capacity. Analyze production and project performance metrics to identify trends, determine root causes, and drive continuous improvement. Partner with project leadership on operational budgets, labor planning, equipment forecasting, change management, and cost control. Ensure consistent field documentation, production tracking, reporting, and performance measurement. Evaluate and implement technologies, tools, and processes that improve field performance, productivity, and operational visibility. Partner with senior leadership on annual operating plans, workforce forecasts, capital equipment strategies, resource planning, and regional growth initiatives. Monitor key regional performance indicators, including safety, productivity, labor efficiency, equipment utilization, schedule performance, quality, and financial performance. Provide Executive leadership with early identification of emerging operational issues, recommended mitigation strategies, and practical solutions. Requirement 20+ years of progressive experience managing heavy-civil and self-perform construction, including multiple projects and teams. Expertise in earthwork, mass grading, wet utilities, erosion control, aggregates, paving, and concrete coordination. Strong experience working with contractors, developers, and owners across pursuits, preconstruction, and project execution. Based in Virginia with flexibility to travel (25% - 50%) throughout the Southeast. Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale industrial development is a plus Compensation $180,000 - $235,000 (flexible for the right individual) #J-18808-Ljbffr
