Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to pediatric patients in the CICU.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage and operate specialized medical equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
• Support a rotating shift schedule, including weekends as needed.
• Float between units at CHCO Anschutz as required.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or multi-state compact license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• BSN preferred; will consider ADN with 6 years of experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of CVPICU experience in a pediatric setting.
• Previous travel nursing experience required.
• Strongly prefer candidates with teaching hospital experience.
• Pediatric CCRN and VAD experience preferred.
