At Skyline Payments, we empower small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) by delivering payment solutions that enhance their growth and operational efficiency. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking  Packaging & Shipping Associate to join our team on a part-time basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring orders are accurately packaged, labeled, and ready for delivery. You will also help maintain an organized and efficient workspace while ensuring that all products and packages meet company quality standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work independently, and comfortable performing physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
  
• Ensure all items are accurately labeled, securely sealed, and ready for delivery or shipment.
  
• Inspect products and completed packages to ensure quality and order accuracy.
  
• Organize and maintain packaging materials, supplies, and inventory as needed.
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  
• Assist with loading, moving, and preparing packages for delivery when needed.
  
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines when handling products and packages.
  
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the appropriate team member.
  
• Perform other packaging, shipping, and warehouse-related tasks as needed.
  

Requirements

What we are looking for

• Strong attention to detail to ensure products and orders are packaged, labeled, and prepared accurately.
  
• Reliable and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to consistently show up as scheduled.
  
• Ability to lift, move, and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently and efficiently.
  
• Comfortable performing hands-on and repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Previous experience in packaging, shipping, fulfillment, or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
