Client Services Representative We are looking for a full‑time Client Services Representative to join our team. This is a full‑time position. Duties and Responsibilities Schedule appointments for multiple doctors and the boarding facility Answer phones on a multi‑line system and direct them appropriately Admit patients into the hospital Provide client education Maintain a professional environment Uphold company core values Show love for pets Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Able to handle a fast‑paced work environment High school diploma or equivalent One year of client service experience preferred Cornerstone experience is a definite plus Basic knowledge of computers Able to maintain professionalism and provide top‑of‑the‑line customer service Experience answering a multi‑line phone system Love pets Motivated learner (the medical field is ever changing) Understanding of the importance of teamwork Emotional intelligence to provide empathy and compassion to clients during some of the happiest and hardest times of their life Benefits Our employment package for full‑time employees includes paid time off after 6 months of employment, medical, dental, and vision insurance, pet care discounts, a 401(k) with a true match up to 4%, and all full‑time hospital team members receive VSOP® grants and the Suveto Veterinary Stock Ownership Plan at no cost to team members.
