Dispensary Sales Associate - STIIIZY Encinitas

Reporting to the Management team, our Sales Associates understand that Retail is a billboard for the brand. They take pride in being a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassador inside and outside the store to ensure the Company’s success within the recreational cannabis landscape. Our Sales Associates are curious, thoughtful, and sales-oriented people who impart cannabis wisdom and create positive customer relationships to build a loyal customer base. This position starts as a part-time role at $19.50/hour + tips. All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
