Apply today at threebirdsonemission.com/careers About The Role Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. Foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth. Implement individualized therapy and evidence‑based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Collect data on programming and document progress. Collaborate daily with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and social workers. Communicate with families to support continuity of care.
