We are hiring newly experienced and seasoned warehouse associates. Our DC Associate will perform operational activities within Distribution Center warehouse to achieve efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, and efficient and accurate receipt of delivery of replenishment product.Responsibilities In this friendly work environment you will be responsible for:Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.Unload and put-away product utilizing RF (radio frequency) technologyInspect inbound for OSD (overages and shortages)Pick and stage productLoad truck(s)Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability.Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process as requiredMaintain a clean work area and assist in the overall sanitation of the DC.Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulationsPerform any other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center ManagerAbide by all Federal, State, and Local lawsOther duties as assigned or requestedAdditional Responsibilities Continued Responsibilities Added ResponsibilitiesQualifications Requirements:Forklift certification preferredExperience with RF scanners preferredSafety 1st MentalityPrior distribution center experience preferredPrior material handling equipment experience preferredMust be 18 years or olderValid drivers licenseAbility to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbsEmployment is contingent upon a conditional offer and completion of all required pre-employment screenings, as permitted by law.Benefits Market competitive compensation 401(k) and Roth with company match.
