Location: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Local Candidates Only We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join a leading Banking & Financial Services client in Whippany, NJ. Job Criteria The candidate needs to work from the Whippany, NJ office (3 days a week). Office hours will start from 7-30 to 8 AM EST. Sometimes in a month he might have to visit the Wilmington, DE Barclays office. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIAB Job Description Extensive experience in Banking and Financial services domain managing technical projects. Candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in managing technical projects from end-to-end perspective. Responsibilities Operational Execution: process compliance, quality control, policy adherence. Problem Solving: choosing simple solutions and escalating when needed.
