Account Specialist, Chronic Migraine - Spokane, WA

AbbVie seeks an Account Specialist to promote chronic migraine and urology products across community practices and health systems in the Spokane region. The role involves building customer relationships, delivering clinical training, and driving sales while leveraging company resources and data.
Responsibilities
- Promote products to meet and exceed sales targets in community practices, hospitals, and health systems
- Identify customer needs in training, clinical operations, reimbursement, and connect with appropriate resources
- Deliver clinical and injection technique training to residents, fellows, and hospital personnel
- Provide expert anatomical and procedural training with proper terminology and injection paradigm instruction
- Collaborate with other Account Specialists to execute resident and fellow training programs within accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business; or five years technical experience with three years sales experience and high school diploma
- Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy products in health systems and private practice preferred
- Ability to lift and transport 25–100 lb training models and meet hospital credentialing requirements
- Valid driver's license, ability to pass drug screening, and safe driving record
- Strong sales track record in clinical or consultative sales with complex decision-makers preferred
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing in assigned territory
- Willingness to travel and attend overnight training events and sales meetings
