Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

  • Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring and celebrating their progress through consistent check-ins and adjustments to the treatment plan as necessary.

  • Deliver teletherapy options for clients who face mobility issues or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring access to care regardless of circumstances.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress to comply with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and staying informed on the latest advancements in marriage and family therapy best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing varying mental health issues. Patients may include couples seeking counseling for relationship challenges, individuals coping with anxiety or depression, and families navigating complex dynamics. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding these clients through their journeys toward healing and recovery.

  • Valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, based on level of clinical experience and qualifications.
