About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to play a pivotal role in scaling the enterprise to over $100M ARR within the next 24 months. The successful candidate will be a strategic and entrepreneurial leader, responsible for owning the new business revenue engine, including all aspects of revenue attainment, forecasting, and sales performance. This hands-on executive will also be tasked with developing and executing the EMEA growth strategy, managing the partner and channel strategy, and establishing the systems and processes necessary for a predictable, data-driven revenue engine. The CGO will work closely with the CEO and executive team, serving as a thought leader and trusted partner, and will be expected to drive constant improvement and innovation across the growth organization. Applicants for the CGO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive sales and revenue leadership experience, with a proven track record of scaling SaaS, AI, analytics, or technology businesses. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of enterprise sales, strong operational and analytical skills, and experience in developing pricing and commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in scaling companies through rapid growth, particularly in the EMEA region, and a history of building successful partner and channel programs. An entrepreneurial mindset, superior communication, and the ability to influence and execute at both strategic and tactical levels are essential. Familiarity with AI and LLM technologies, as well as a commitment to diversity and inclusion, are also key attributes for the role.
