Club General Manager: Operations & Member Experience

Elite Sports Clubs in Mequon, WI seeks a General Manager to oversee overall club operations, set and execute goals, and ensure profitability and member satisfaction. You will lead budgeting, staffing, and policy implementation, while networking with members to foster an inviting atmosphere. The role requires strong managerial skills, leadership, and the ability to direct multiple departments to achieve financial and service targets.
