Your work will impact production efficiency, tooling, automation vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders in engineering and operations. Onsite in Erlanger, KY; schedule may include nights, weekends, and variable hours.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamDesign, test, and implement manufacturing processes and equipment to meet product requirementsLead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts to ensure successful development and launch of new productsProgram and support robots and NC systems; coordinate with outside vendors for turnkey automated systemsAnalyze workflows, space, and equipment layout to improve manufacturing efficiencyApply systematic, analytical problem-solving to reduce technical and human process variabilityMaintain revision control for designs and NC programs and deploy data collection/monitoring equipmentCalculate production, labor, and material costs to inform manufacturing decisionsHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleBachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with 3D solid modeling and simulation softwareAdvanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologiesAbility to explain complex technical information clearly; strong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and database management toolsHere's What Else Might Help You OutExperience with Siemens NX (3D modeling and drafting) for workholding, inspection tooling, and mold designFibersim experienceComposites manufacturing knowledge (thermoset and thermoplastic materials and chemistry)NC/robot programming experiencePay Range$62,700 - $104,500/yearReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
