Location: Carson, CA
Duration: 4 month contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Pay rate:$ 24.34/hour
Job duties for this position include:
The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to direct patient care,
Answering incoming calls, place outbound calls, addressing patient needs via task completion, over the phone or in person
Assisting clinicians with sensitive exams, coordinating preventive screenings and scheduling follow up appointments
Additionally, this role is responsible for OCRA, Quality and Tuck in call outreach to ensure high risk patients are receiving appropriate services to reduce possible hospital admissions or re-admissions. Ability to work both front and back office.
Qualifications:
CMA Certification
HS Diploma or equivalent
EPIC experience preferred
