Location: Carson, CA

Duration: 4 month contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Pay rate:$ 24.34/hour

Job duties for this position include:

• The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to direct patient care,

• Answering incoming calls, place outbound calls, addressing patient needs via task completion, over the phone or in person

• Assisting clinicians with sensitive exams, coordinating preventive screenings and scheduling follow up appointments

• Additionally, this role is responsible for OCRA, Quality and Tuck in call outreach to ensure high risk patients are receiving appropriate services to reduce possible hospital admissions or re-admissions. Ability to work both front and back office.

Qualifications:

• CMA Certification

• HS Diploma or equivalent

• EPIC experience preferred
