We're Hiring!

As an insurance sales representative for the Rick and Kim LoCicero State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. We are looking for energetic individuals who want to build a career in the insurance industry with the end goal to become a State Farm Agent and own your own business. If you are looking to answer a phone and sit at a desk watching the clock please do not apply to our agency. There are plenty of other agencies that would be a better fit for you. We want winners and people who want to make a difference in their lives and the lives of our customers. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice.
Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Will need licenses in insurance and financial services.
Career oriented

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Our office is located in Stratford, CT.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2007.
I am a proud graduate of Villanova University and Sacred Heart University (MBA).
