US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join their collaborative team at AdventHealth Celebration, a state-of-the-art facility near Orlando, Florida. Practice Info * Practice alongside a collaborative team of physicians and anesthetists * State-of-the-art facility known for excellence in patient care, advanced surgical services, and an emphasis on innovation and wellness Compensation * Base Salary: $500,000 * Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (negotiable) * Weekend Coverage: $5,000 per additional weekend worked * Give-Back Day Shifts: $300/hour * Can give back vacation days or volunteer for weekday shifts for additional compensation * Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 * Malpractice Paid: Yes * Employment Status: W-2 Benefits * Vacation: 10 weeks annually * CME Allowance: $2,500 Shift & Schedule * Friday - Sunday 5pm-7a (Considered equivalent of a full FTE) * Work holidays that fall on weekends and not selected as vacation will be worked Requirements * M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency * Board-eligible or board-certified in Anesthesiology * Cardiac fellowship training or comfort and experience with cardiac cases * Must meet all hospital credentialing requirements
