Job Description
Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule

12-hour Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Assignment Details

48 hours per week

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced emergency room with a pediatric population preferred
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Epic experience required
• Certifications: ACLS, CPI, PALS, TNCC
• Skills: General Emergency Department (Adult/Pedi), interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, triage experience

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a combined adult/pediatric emergency department setting
• Assist with patient sitting and floating to ICU and ED as needed
• Participate in a team nursing approach with helping hands
• Triage patients based on clinical assignment
• Respond to all patient chief complaints and diagnoses ranging from minor to complex medical issues
