Shift Manager

Job Summary As a Shift Lead, you’ll take ownership of the restaurant during your shift; leading the team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. You’ll work closely with store leadership and play a key role in setting the tone for the team every day. What You’ll Do Lead & Support the Team Lead, motivate, and coach team members during your shift Train staff on service standards, food prep, and safety procedures Act as the go‑to person for any shift‑related issues Deliver Great Guest Experience Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Maintain high standards for order accuracy and speed Run Daily Operations Oversee food prep, order flow, and cleanliness Ensure the restaurant is stocked, organized, and ready for service Follow proper cash handling and POS procedures Maintain Safety & Standards Enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards Keep a clean, safe environment for both team and guests What We’re Looking For Experience Experience in a fast‑paced restaurant or quick‑service environment preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure Problem‑solving mindset with a hands‑on approach Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must be available for 1 week of paid training at company headquarters Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience training or supervising team members Background in food service, hospitality, or kitchen operations Compensation & Perks $15–$20/hour base pay + tip Free meal per shift Growth opportunities as we expand Supportive, team‑oriented work environment Why Join Us?
