Elder Care Provider Wanted - Now Hiring: Compassionate Elder Care Provider In Melbourne, Fl $25.00 Per Hour

Experienced Weekend Caregiver Needed, $25/hour We are looking for a dependable, compassionate caregiver to help care for an elderly woman who is receiving hospice care in her home. Pay: $25/hour Schedule: Primarily weekends, with occasional weekday hours as needed. No overnight care. Most visits will be during the late morning or early afternoon, usually around 11 AM to 3 PM, for approximately 2 to 4 hours. She is legally blind, uses a walker, tires easily and eats very little. Her condition is gradually declining, so some days she may sleep much of the time you are there. Help needed includes:

• Bathing and dressing
• Light meal preparation
• Assistance with walking and her walker
• Companionship and supervision
• General personal care as needed

Prior experience caring for elderly adults is required. Hospice, dementia or end of life care experience is preferred. We are looking for someone who is reliable, patient, gentle and comfortable providing care to someone whose needs may change over time.
