What You'll Do
As a key member of our recruiting team, you'll play a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Lead new hire onboarding and orientation
* Source, recruit, and engage both active and passive candidates
* Screen applicants and conduct interviews using effective selection methods
* Utilize innovative sourcing tools and strategies to build strong talent pipelines
* Maintain accurate candidate records and feedback in the applicant tracking system
* Collaborate with the recruiting team to share insights and hiring decisions
* Support administrative functions, including audits and reporting
* Promote a positive candidate experience and represent the company professionally
