Job Title: Stepdown Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: PCU/Stepdown Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Valid Compact license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Cardiac drip management experience, including titration and management of cardiac and vasoactive drips. Description: We are seeking a Stepdown Registered Nurse for a challenging and rewarding opportunity. Candidates must have experience in managing cardiac drips, including titration and management. This position requires excellent skills in telemetry and the ability to provide specialized care to stepdown patients. The nurse will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Patient ratio experience is expected to be 4-5. The facility features a diverse patient population including adults and geriatrics. The unit has a commitment to excellence in patient care and safety. The nurse will participate in all required patient care activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members. The role may involve floating to other units as necessary. References are required during the compliance process prior to starting the position.
