Machine Adjuster Training Opportunity
CENVEO Mt. Pleasant, PA location train to become a full Machine Adjuster in a fast-paced envelope manufacturing environment. Great for mechanically skilled candidates with relevant experience. Shift assignments may vary based on operational needs and availability.
Pay & Schedule
- 19.77/hr - 21.78/hr + applicable shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shifts
- 1st shift: 7am - 3pm
- 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm
- 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am
- Availability to train on any shift
- Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed
What You'll Do
- Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers
- Support repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Monitor quality and machine performance
- Perform required maintenance and follow all safety procedures
What You Need
- 3-4 years mechanical aptitude/experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Basic math and computer skills
- Reliable and eager to learn
Physical Requirements
- Standing, bending, lifting up to 55 lbs
- Work around machinery, noise, inks, solvents
- Ability to work in various temperatures in a manufacturing environment
