Job Details

We're seeking a Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support a team of field technicians, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role combines leadership, scheduling, customer support, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians
* Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and service operations
* Serve as the primary contact for customer issues and escalations
* Monitor productivity, service quality, and key performance metrics
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Support employee training, development, and performance management

Qualifications
* Experience managing service, operations, maintenance, or field teams (mechanical)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems effectively
* Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on approach
* Experience with scheduling and service management software preferred
* Valid driver's license
