Trusts & Estates Associate

Position Overview UB Greensfelder currently has an opening for an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in estate planning to join our Trusts & Estates Practice Group in the Cleveland office. Responsibilities Counsel families and individuals on estate administration and disposition. Work with corporate clients on succession issues. Assist charitable institution clients with planned giving matters. Qualifications All candidates remain highly confidential. Income, estate, gift, GST, and other tax laws attendant to this line of work. Estate/wealth planning techniques, including preparation of related documents (revocable/irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorneys, etc.). Drafting premarital agreements. Research and analysis of complex state law and federal tax law issues. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
