Your impact

• Own outbound execution: stage, sort, and load trailers for multiple carriers.
• Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders with precision and organization.
• Back up all shipping stations: Pick/Pack, Dock, International, UPS/FedEx.
• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, RF scanners, computers, and printers safely.
• Transfer materials around the warehouse; shrink-wrap, box, and label product.
• Assemble orders from stock; route to packing or shipping.
• Weigh and count items to confirm they meet company standards.
• Conduct cycle counts to keep inventory accurate.
• Support labeling for products/shipments and coordinate shows/samples as needed.
• Pull the manual dock chain; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Execute workflows in NAV with RF scanning.
• Take on other assignments from the Shipping Supervisor or team lead.

What you bring

• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs.; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Comfort reading tickets and following processing/work instructions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Proven skill operating forklifts safely; experience with pallet jacks and cherry pickers.
• Adaptability to hot and cold warehouse conditions.
• Experience using NAV and RF scanners.

Reporting, schedule, and travel

• Reports to: Shipping Supervisor.
• Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 40+ hours per week.
• Occasional evenings/weekends based on operational needs.
• No travel expected.

Education and credentials

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Forklift Certification.

Tools and technologies

• Forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, RF scanners, computers, printers.

Physical requirements

• Frequent standing and walking; consistent verbal communication (talk/hear).
• Regular hand/finger use and reaching with arms/hands.
• Occasional sitting; climbing/balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move 50+ pounds.
• Vision: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
