Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology required
• Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret findings
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and support to students
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and support special education eligibility decisions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student needs and promote positive school climate
• Support Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with all regulations and guidelines
