Regional Director - Health and Wellness

Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and operational support across a portfolio of senior living communities Partner with community teams to ensure excellence in resident care, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and clinical operations Mentor, coach, and develop Health & Wellness Directors and clinical leaders Conduct routine community visits to evaluate clinical practices and identify opportunities for improvement Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning of clinical leadership positions Support growth initiatives including acquisitions, transitions, and new community onboarding Requirements Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare operations Multi-site management experience preferred Strong understanding of state regulations and survey processes Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving clinical outcomes Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Ability to travel regularly within assigned regions #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
