E-Business Data Analyst

Our client, a leading retail organization, is seeking an E-Business Data Analyst to join their team. As an E-Business Data Analyst, you will be part of the Digital Analytics team supporting Marketing, eCommerce, and cross-functional business partners. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Charlotte, NC onsite

Terms: 6-month contract; potential to extend

Type: W2 contract

What's the Job?

• Analyze website and digital channel performance using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to track key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, engagement)
• Partner with marketing and eCommerce teams to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Conduct customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to support targeted marketing initiatives
• Perform SQL queries and data analysis to support reporting, promotional measurement, and business decision-making

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, marketing, business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably supporting marketing or digital/eCommerce functions
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Customer Journey Analytics preferred)
• Proficiency in SQL and strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
